An American Ninja Warrior goes to the dogs, in a good way

Since the show American Ninja Warrior is back on TV for their new season, I thought I would make this blog post about one of the ninja’s. This story is also included in my e-book set, ‘Stomp Out Teen Struggles-Addictive Behavior’. Here is Kyle Stradtman’s story.

In 2018, Kyle Stradtman was a rookie American Ninja Warrior. He has been sober for several years; however, at 16 he drank every day. It affected his job, relationships, and health. At 24, he decided to go to an AA meeting. Someone there recommended he get a dog. This would give him something to look forward to, to take care of and something to answer to. He got Blazzo, his new best friend, and you can tell they have a special bond.

He admits the dog saved his life and has taught him a lot of things like patience and self-discipline. Now Kyle has a wife, a baby, and a business. And you’ll never guess what his business is. He’s a dog walker, and I have no doubt that he gets a good workout walking his furry friends

As I was watching the episode of ANW, there was an obstacle no one had been able to get past. But this rookie did it! The crowd was there cheering him on, and so was Blazzo. Not only did he get past that obstacle, he was the first to make it through the whole course that night. High five to you, Kyle, for making the changes in your life that you did! If you wouldn’t have, who knows where you would be right now, but it probably wouldn’t be hitting that buzzer on American Ninja Warrior with your family and Blazzo to celebrate with you after you did.

Kyle has a message just for the readers of the e-book. There are also very positive stories from ANW Abel Gonzalez and Jamie Rahn. Don’t miss their stories and the personal message that each of the ninjas has for my readers.
